Dear Cape Breton Web Design Customer,

Please be informed that Cape Breton Web Design will be shutting down entirely on February 1st, 2012. There will be no further reminders correspondence sent to you regarding this.

It is best that you send me any requests for domain transfer authorization codes As Soon As Possible to allow adequate time for the domain transfer process to proceed smoothly.

If you require a copy of your existing website or any of the files used in the site’s initial production I will provide them to you via email or on a DVD (Disc). This will not be done by default so you will need to inform me of this As Soon As Possible to ensure that there is enough time to get these to you.

Please Note that if I do not hear back from you following this letter I will assume that you have contacted another web developer or web design company and that your website and domain are being otherwise handled.

Regarding recently renewed domain names; I strongly recommend that you or someone you designate should contact me to via email to get the authorization code for transferring your domain name to another registrar. Alternately you can setup your own account with DomainsAtCost.ca and I will gladly transfer ownership of your domain from my account into yours via the tools provided by that company. To transfer your domain name to any other domain registrar or registering company you will need the aforementioned authorization code from me before February 1st, 2012.

In closing I would like to reiterate that as of February 1st, 2012 Cape Breton Web Design will be closed and that I will no longer be able to be contacted regarding domain renewals, domain name transfers, website backups or website resources.
